I feel most players who have played in pugs for a certain length of time have become bored of playing in pugs since there is no competition, and have no reason to try. Giving a Win/Loss Rating based on Wins and Losses might give people a reason to try. I take an Idea from the game League of Legends there system has flaws but I bring it up to give an example.

An Idea would sort of like that. Every one starts with a 1200 rating, for every win you get 10 points and for every loss you lose 10 points. Doesn't matter on your specific performance since there is already a player rating system in place. As you get higher in the rating the points you gain for wins slowly decline and the points you lose for a loss slowly inceases. If you become lower then 1200 the same pattern doesn't apply for if you become higher. A formula would be set. There should be no point gain or loss for games ended before the time expires meaning if some one types /end or amx_end no points will be distributed. Scrim mode must be enabled so retards don't join and try to cheat and gain points.

"Performance can't be measured absolutely; it can only be inferred from wins, losses, and draws against other players. A player's rating depends on the ratings of his or her opponents, and the results scored against them.
The relative difference in rating between two players determines an estimate for the expected score between them. Both the average and the spread of ratings can be arbitrarily chosen. Elo suggested scaling ratings so that a difference of 200 rating points in chess would mean that the stronger player has an expected score (which basically is an expected average score) of approximately 0.75, and the USCF initially aimed for an average club player to have a rating of 1500."
