hi everyone - Misanthrope - 3-25-17 7:00 AM alright so I'd like to have some legit help from the community no troll plz this is actually serious. I've been having some serious trouble sleepin lately and i cant take anymore drugs a,medicine and shit so what I'd like is some honest genuine serious advice, tricks, grandmas recipes, naturals stuff to overcome imsomnia mostly caused by and abuse of cocaine and amphetamines. Thx for your help yall. When i didn't have a way to mcdonalds last night after the csfl match I just was smoking until the CSFL rush subsided. Years of abusing these drugs means you have a long withdrawal process of your body getting back into a sleeping rhythm which could take months if not years. You could try weed like kc suggested, although that might be an issue if you're trying to stay sober. I'd suggest eating healthier, drink plenty of water ( about a gallon a day ) and do some form of exercise every day or at least 3/4 times a week. Quit smoking cigs( especially before attempting sleep), dont consume any caffeine throughout your day, masturbate or even better have sex every day. Do this and I'm almost positive you will sleep.
