Right, I'm a very intelligent man and there's no doubting that. However that isn't the point of this topic, now to my knowledge I've become aware that access to the pug server has been restricted to only those either good enough or known well within the CSAFM community.
With the slight bleed of a few veterans retiring, I feel that if we implement a Rookie Night on the pug server we could cover factors that will benefit everyone such as; introducing new players in to what it is like to play in a pug and feel an immense difference, coaching and tips regarding how to run appropriate routes and how to successfully play good D make these players better, all in all grow the community.
There are many ways of how I found this may work very efficiently, one veteran on each team could be the lecturers, the coaches, the QB and captain, although you will be working with locker room jersey sniffers it may just work out that if a regular experienced player turns up drunk in your regular pugs the term "all throw" will be as consistent as pigeon shit in Trafalgar Square. Regular spectating for a few minutes from veterans as you're eating your dinner, looking out for new and upcoming talent. Using a topic on here highlighting who performed brilliantly and deserves a glance at when you're going through a draft then ponder "who the fuck is this scrub?".
I'm open up to discussion for more ideas, questions, etc but I just think this could work really well gentleman.
Please watch the link if you need a video of what I'm trying to conduct here ---
I think this could have potential. I think it would should be with 2 captains that have some idea of routes and how to quarterback, I also think if it's possible....give them unlimited timeouts so (without overusing which would prolong the game) use them to explain routes and set up plays for the new people which will help them execute more easily and also help them understand the logistics. I would be willing to be a QB for this type of thing to help out. I do think the teams should be made up by as many non regular puggers that are interested as possible to help keep the teams even and not have one person wreck everyone.
