Sly - 2014 Rookie of the Year
Sly dominated the competition in his rookie campaign. Outplaying not only the rookie class, but also many veterans as he finished with a total player rating of 4,910, which was the 5th highest of all players. He accumulated 3,953 receptions while amassing 68,229 yards. His ability to evade defenders, after the catch, led to an impressive 17.3 yards per catch and a total of 877 touchdowns. Sly won the 2014 Rookie of the Year Award with 44% of the vote.

Jeff - 2014 Defender of the Year
Jeff began the year playing defense at a high level and finished the year at a higher level. His tendency to always be around the ball resulted in 1,655 tackles. This ball-hawk mentality led to 467 interceptions on the year, 8 of which led all players in CSFL 3. When Jeff wasn't covering defenders, he was chasing quarterbacks and sacking them 63 times. His all around defensive skill earned him the Defender of the Year Award with 32% of the vote.

KillerCookie - 2014 Receiver of the Year
At a 73% receiving rate, KillerCookie is a very reliable target. His agility and ball skills are second to none. With the ability to cut on a dime and separate himself from the defenders, KillerCookie finished the year with 3,927 receptions while amounting to the second most receiving yards at 77,847. Whether it's a jump-ball or a throw into traffic, kc21 is sure to come down with it, which is why he was voted the 2014 Receiver of the Year with 55% of the vote.

Funtastik - 2014 Quarterback of the Year
Quarterbacks are judged based on wins and losses. In 2014, Funtastik led his CSFL team to a Championship victory by orchestrating a magnificent 4th quarter comeback, which earned him the MVP Award of the Championship Game. During the season, he led the league with a 65% completion percentage. His decision making, throughout the entirety of CSFL 3, resulted in the most completions and 2nd least interceptions. Funtastik's knowledge of the game earned him the 2014 Quarterback of the Year Award with 36% of the vote.

KillerCookie - 2014 Player of the Year
Numbers don't lie and in 2014, KillerCookie finished in the top 3 of every statistical category, which includes his play at the quarterback position. He found the end zone more than any other player and nobody brought down the quarterback as much as he did. His domination on both sides of the ball led to the highest player rating of 2014 at 10,978. Kc21 finished with the second highest average rating at 12.24 per game, while playing both the quarterback and receiver position. His versatility was on full display in the Official VI Tournament, where he took quarterback late in the game to bring his team back from a 14 point deficit. His team scored 24 points in the 4th quarter and for his efforts, he won the tournament MVP award. KillerCookie's record year was acknowledged by his peers as he was voted the 2014 Player of the Year with 38% of the vote.

@kc21

While Arod did have the top 5 rating in both the league and tournament, he did not play enough in the PUG. I do weigh the league and tournament a lot more than the PUG stats, but his total rating in the PUG for 2014 was only 965, which is 40th overall.

Record and Buttfumble deserve recognition for their play time and consistent performance.

why is messi even nominated ? he has 55% completion as wr , and the worst td-int ratio in the history of afm qbing. Me and walle have way better stats as rookies and even demon

@Misanthrope

Messi has better PUB and PUG stats than walle. He is also a quarterback, which is weighted more because it is a harder position to play and there are very few with talent at that position.

Also, players can have a maximum of 5 months played in the PUB server, of the prior year, in order to qualify for the Rookie of the Year Award.
