Free Agents are players that went undrafted. They are eligible to join any team.

Waivers consist of players that were not in the draft, but wish to play in the league. These players must go through waivers before they can join a team or become a Free Agent. Players being released from their team must also go through the waivers process.

The Waiver Process
Each team gets an equal chance to sign a waived player. The team that offers to release the highest rated player in return for the waived player will be given the rights of the waived player. If only 1 team is interested in a waived player then that team may release any player in return.

I will inform each team captain if a player goes on waivers. At that point the captain will have to decide whether they want to claim the player off waivers. If more than one team shows interest in the player then the team that offers to release the highest rated player will claim the waived player.

If you have any questions post them here so others that have the same question can be informed.
