An Explanation

So a quick update:

Last night and through the morning the hospital staff tried to feed him nutrients through an IV because he hadn't eaten since Sunday. However, his kidneys for whatever reason could not handle it and they are now shutting down. Basically, the respirator and medications are what is keeping him alive at this point. We are going to give him a couple of more days in the hope that he will improve but right now it is looking like we will have a hard decision to make come Monday and Tuesday.
