After my previous ban appeal was denied, I was told by Peyton to re-appeal after he retired, and as it appears I've been excluded from the recent ban amnesty, it seems like the proper thing to do. I will not deny that I have broken several server rules, though I can guarantee that if unbanned I will never be tempted to do so again.
My first offense in an AFM server was speed-hacking, which I did quite a long time ago (over a year and a half if I recall correctly.) When I committed this offense, I only visited AFM servers occasionally and had no interest in becoming a regular player. I highly regret this offense, of course, but I did it simply because I never thought I would ever have any real interest in playing the mod.
Back in Late May/Early June I started playing Counter-Strike again and visited the Pub server after appealing my ban. I was surprised how much more fun the mod was then I remembered, and at how many people remembered me. Unfortunately I hadn't learned my lesson from last time, and began causing trouble again by spamming voice chat with music when I played. Since then, I have stopped mic spamming completely in all servers. While I was starting to develop some interest in becoming an AFM regular at the time, I did not have nearly the amount of dedication that I now have towards the mod. I understand that mic spam is not tolerated in AFM servers and if unbanned I will not at all be tempted to do it again.
While I was banned from AFM, the Allied Gamers community launched their own football server. It was there that I continued to play and truly appreciate the mod. I joined AG, cleaned up my act, and was even put in charge of the server. I saw it as a great opportunity to learn to create maps, write code for AMXX plugins, and construct models. I was not trying to compete with the official servers, nor have I at any point wished anything but the best for them.
My last offense is evading my permanent ban by playing on a steam account that was given to me by Vick and impersonating Caboose. While I do fully understand the severity of this offense, I did not do it simply to cause a problem for the admins, nor did I do it to come back and flame. I did it because the server was simply too enjoyable for me to stay away from. I understand that this does NOT make what I did acceptable, and I highly regret evading the ban. Also, while I was in the server, Yeti suspected me of cheating. I can assure you that I was not using any of kind of scripts or third-party hack.
Although I may not have shown it while I played, I have nothing but the utmost respect for the people whose immense dedication have made this mod possible. I want nothing more than to be given one final chance and to become a productive member of the community.
