Hi all,

I feel that an explanation is needed as to why I have been so short tempered and douchey as of late.

A few days ago, my Grandfather had a major heart attack. He is currently in the ICU under full sedation with a respirator breathing for him. One of his arteries was completely blocked so they had to put in a stint to open it up and unblock it. We just found out earlier today that he also has a couple of blood clots very close to his heart so it does not look good.

I want to apologize to the people that I was very short with last night and before that. You know who you are. It was not right of me to take out all of my stress and frustration out on you guys and for that I am very sorry. It has nothing to do with any of you.

I also ask that you keep my Grandfather in your thoughts and prayers because frankly we need all the help we can get right now. The nurses and doctors have said it is mainly a waiting game, but the prognosis is not good.

Once again, I am very sorry for my behavior. It will not happen again.

i guess i should also shoot out a short explanation about myself.

Lately iv also been a bit short tempered towards individuals. im not by any means like this usually at all. school stress has just been taking its toll on me and i hope no one here has taken anything iv said to heart

So a quick update:

Last night and through the morning the hospital staff tried to feed him nutrients through an IV because he hadn't eaten since Sunday. However, his kidneys for whatever reason could not handle it and they are now shutting down. Basically, the respirator and medications are what is keeping him alive at this point. We are going to give him a couple of more days in the hope that he will improve but right now it is looking like we will have a hard decision to make come Monday and Tuesday.

Unfortunately, he passed away earlier tonight with my family and I by his side. I will not be on as much in the coming days as we make the arrangements and such. Thank you to everyone who wished me and my family well, it was much appreciated.
