We will be doing another season of the CSFL. This will be the FINAL competitive event for AFM on 1.6 - this season will start on January 11th and the draft will be held on January 9th.

Playoff Format

Regular season standings will determine the seeds for the playoffs.

4th seed will play the 3rd seed.
The winner will play the 2nd seed.
The winner of this game will play the 1st seed for the CSFL Championship.

Essentially, 2nd seed gets a 1 game bye and the 1st seed goes directly to the Championship.

There are not enough quarterbacks that we can count on to play their games on time. With this set-up, the league will run smoothly and get done in a timely fashion.

There are not enough quarterbacks that we can count on to play their games on time. With this set-up, the league will run smoothly and get done in a timely fashion.

2 full of seasons of CSFL minus the last game of CSFL3 that I couldn't get underway because I couldn't get enough players online a year ago and roughly 8 or 9 tournament games without a hitch and there's doubt on my behalf?

You and smoked both completed your games, but it was always a hassle. I would love to have you play because of your talent, but I also want stress free scheduling and captains that will "manage" their teams so that this can be the best experience for everyone involved.

I'll be the first to admit that I wasted two roster spots by drafting people who I thought were going to play every week but eventually didn't even play one snap, and I immediately paid the price by being forced to turn late draft picks into starters thus vowing to never do it again. But I "managed" my team and got them online and kept them posted and got to field a team week in and week out, I don't recall any hassle minus the championship game, just normal scheduling stuff in the regular season.

With all of this being said, I wish all of captains good-luck and all of the free agents to have career seasons, however, not being petty in the least bit, think you missed a chance to have the most competitive CSFL by far considering the depth and talent in the QB choices this year.

All you had to do was message me and I would have let you known if I'll be available to captain and give all of my time to it.

Don't let anyone draft from their phone this year, I want that title to only belong to me and die with this mod and game, and thank you for the compliment on my play. I really do appreciate it.
